Shipping and Returns

Web shop

Once you have place an order on our web shop, then you are committed to this order. Ginity is committed to this order when you receive an "order update" email from Ginity, that reads: "payment confirmed, order processing". Ginity has a advanced inventory program that normally eliminates the chance of ordering a product that is out of stock, but if for some reason the products ordered should be out of stock, we will promptly inform you by email.

 

Prices stated on the web page and web shop

All prices stated on the web page are stated in € (Euros). All prices stated on the web page are excluding sales tax and excluding shipping costs. All orders shipped from Ginity are shipped excluding sales tax. In the web shop the customer can choose to show prices in € (Euros) or in $ (US Dollars) and the customer can also choose to pay in € (Euros) or in $ (US Dollars).

 

Sales taxes and custom charges

All orders shipped from Ginity are shipped excluding sales tax. Many countries may impose taxes or duties on imported products. It is the responsibility of the customers to pay any such taxes and duties or any other charges that might or might not occur when importing the products. Please contact you national custom authority to find out what taxes and duties that apply to you, before you place an order. Ginity can and will not be held responsible for any tax or duty charges or any other charges that might be charged a customer, when the customer import goods.  

 

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping charges will be charged separately and will clearly be stated on the order form when ordering. The cost of shipping is determined by final shipping destination.

 

Dispatch times

From the time that we have received your order and full payment until the product is dispatched. Normally a product is dispatched within 2-3 business days after we have received full payment. Dispatch times vary with seasons, supply and customer demand. 

 

Ginity Returns and Exchange policy

Thank you for purchasing a Ginity product. Ginity’s innovative new products are designed to be unique, exclusive, good looking and they stand for the highest quality. Ginity employs a strict no return policy and all sales are final, no exchanges and no refunds will be accepted, unless customer falls under the “EU 7 days cancellation procedure” or the return fulfills the criteria listed under “Goods damaged during shipping”, “Goods that arrive with a manufacturing defect” or “Goods received do not correspond with goods ordered”. Ginity reserves the right to look at every individual customer return or exchange case and make exceptions to the “right to return” and the “no return policy” stated above based on a case to case basis. Please note: all sales are final. The only exception to this return policy is if your order falls under “the EU 7 days cancellation procedure” or if your goods arrives damaged, if your goods arrive with a manufacturing defect or if your received goods do not correspond to the goods ordered.

 

Ginity EU 7 days cancellation procedure

 

For products delivered within the EU, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 7 working days after the customer receives the product from us. If a customer wishes to cancel their purchase, then they must please read and follow the instructions below.

 

  • Please fill out and sign the EU-return form and enclose it with the products being returned. The EU return form must be filled in with ink and all writing must be clearly readable. All products being returned must be unused and in original condition. “EU-return form” can be downloaded here.
  • The customer must package the products being returned in suitable and sturdy packaging. Please include the original packaging as well.

  • The customer bears the full responsibility for the secure arrival of the returned products to us. The customer may therefore want to consider returning the packaged by special delivery and also insure the returned products. The cost of the return shipping and insurance will have to be paid by the customer. We take no responsibility for the safe arrival of the customers returned products and we will also not pay for any costs associated with the returning products.
  • When we have received the unused returned products, we will then refund the price of the product directly onto the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase of the product.

 

 

Goods damaged during shipping

If you should receive goods that have been damaged during shipping, you should first of all contact us at returns@ginity.com. We will then respond to you.

Goods that have been damaged during shipping must be immediately returned to Ginity accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a “Goods Return Form” that is filled in and signed by the customer. The “Goods Return Form” can be downloaded here

  • All returns must be accompanied by a “Goods Return Form” filled in and signed by the customer or the goods returned will not be accepted by Ginity.
  • All returns must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, any goods returned after 7 working days will not be accepted. These goods will also not be sent back to the customer.
  • The returned goods must be unused or it will not be accepted by Ginity, and it will also not be sent back to the customer.
  • All returns should be made in original packaging or the original packaging should be included in any new packaging.
  • The customer will not have to pay for the return shipping.

Once Ginity receives the damaged goods, Ginity will free of charge send a replacement item, identical to the item returned. Replacement goods will be processed and replacement products sent out within 10 working days of Ginity´s receipt of the returned goods.

  • Returned goods will only be replaced by an identical item, no changes in color, size, and material can be made.

Returns should be sent to our company address. Ginity Trading Corporation, Im Alten Riet 121, FL-9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein. All return should clearly be marked with “Returns“, written or printed on the packaging.

 

Goods that arrive with a manufacturing defect

Ginity strive to deliver perfect products without defects, but if a product with a manufacturing defect should by mistake reach a customer, we are of course very sorry for this. If you should receive goods with a manufacturing defect, you should first of all contact us at returns@ginity.com. We will then respond to you.

Goods that arrive with a manufacturing defect (not shipping damage) should be immediately returned to Ginity accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a “Goods Return Form” that is filled in and signed by the customer. The “Goods Return Form” can be downloaded here

If Ginity by mistake should send you a product that in some way does not correspond to the product that you ordered, we are of course sorry for this. For example, if color, size, or material of the received goods do not correspond to the color, size, or material of the product that you have ordered. If you should receive goods that do not correspond with goods ordered, you should first of all contact us at returns@ginity.com. We will then respond to you.
