How long does it take to process and ship my order? - The processing of you order does not take long. As soon as the order is paid in full we start manufacturing and then packing you order. Normally an order ships within 2-3 business days. The shipping normally takes 3-5 workdays, for some countries in Asia, Africa and South America the shipping can take up to 6-8 working days. When will my order be delivered? - Normally you will receive your order 5-7 workdays after you have placed and paid for your order. What does it cost to ship my order? - When ordering on our web shop the cost for shipping your order will be displayed to you before you go on and enter your payment details. The cost of the shipping is automatically adjusted if you order several items at once. The shipping cost will then be added to the cost of the products ordered for a final total cost of the whole order.

How will my order be shipped? - All our shipping are handled by Swiss Post.

Do you ship outside Europe? - Yes we ship world wide.

Can I ship an address other than my home address? - Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own home address. When you register on our web shop, you can create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you send gifts. You can add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your own use only. We will not contact anyone on this address list unless we have a delivery question involving an order.
